Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Freedom has taken the industry by storm, with GPU manufacturers scrambling to quickly achieve compatibility. After Nvidia & IntelTeam Red has finally introduced the new AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 23.9.3 driver, supporting Cyberpunk 2077’s latest DLC.
AMD successively releases two driver updates, compatible with Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
In addition to adding support for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, the Radeon driver also adds support for Payday 3.

Known issues
- Overlaying performance metrics can report N/A for FPS on various games.
- Audio may intermittently become out of sync with video when recording from AMD software: Adrenalin Edition with the AV1 codec.
- The display may freeze intermittently after changing the encoding format when streaming certain games using AMD Link. Users experiencing this issue are advised to select the desired encoding type before streaming, as a temporary workaround.
IMPORTANT Notes
- Factory Reset has been temporarily disabled as a precaution while we resolve isolated installation issues reported during PC upgrades. Users can use the cleanup utility as a temporary option.
